Welcome to Desertbloom Photography!

My mission as a photographer is to capture the simple, the special, the tender, the real moments in the lives of my family, friends, and clients - memories that tug on the heart not only in a few weeks when previewing the photos, but for a lifetime.

I like mixing the traditional and lifestyle styles of photography. I want to capture families interacting with each other, not a sterile pose. I thoroughly enjoy doing Senior Year photos! Seniors are so excited about the big changes coming in their lives, and I love capturing their passonate expressions!

ABOUT ME!

I love.... God, my hubby, kids, family, jelly beans, Mexican food, photography, quilting, SOS radio, the color turquoise, batiks, House Hunters, pedicures, the first cup of coffee out of the pot, flannel sheets, Dove dark chocolate, Bunco nights, Fiestaware, good deals at thrift stores, the beach... and not necessarily in that order!
